G&W PRECISION GROUP's in-house tooling capability including design and make and maintenance our special toolings from initial design to construction according to our manufacturing needs. Our wire and sinker EDM machines, lathes, CNC, grinders, assembly, and people allow us to be a full service tool room offering our customers “speed to market”, “engineering assistance” to reduce cost prior to tooling, and “completed parts” through whatever operations they require.






We work with several types of design tools including: integrated CAD to CMM/DCC interface, Internet file transfer capability for DXF, IGS, DWG, JPG and TIF and CAD System software including Auto CAD, CATIA, Pro Engineer and SolidWorks.

Work with us in early engineering support and involvement in tool design and product design. Involvement early on makes the design more user friendly and cost effective. We assigns a program manager to the manufacturing team to help with engineer involvement.
